Turkey with a Magic Flavour of Mediterranean

The most tasteful turkey is of a bird old some 4 to 6 months; an combination is essential, too. With garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella and olive oil you simply cannot mistake, of course, if you follow the recipe.

Ingredients

700 g turkey filets
1 tablespoon Vegeta mediteran
20 g butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
60 g dry tomatoes in olive oil
2 garlic, cloves
1 tablespoon fresh basil, cut
500 g fresh tomatoes
200 g mozzarella
8 slices of toast

Preparation

#Beat slightly turkey filets, spread over Vegeta mediteran and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a wider saucepan, put in marinated filets and sauté on each side for 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. Mince dry tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil in an electric food processor.
  3. Remove the pan with filets from the heat. Each filet brush with the mixture of dry tomatoes putting on top a slice of fresh tomato and mozzarella.
  4. Return the pan with filets back to the heat, cover and continue to sauté filets for another 5 minutes (until cheese melts).

Serving

So prepared turkey you may put on warm toast and serve as a finger food. Roasttoast in a toaster or in a pan. On each warm toast put prepared turkey filet, cut into small pieces and serve with lettuce salad.

Advice

During the cooking time, if it is needed, pour under a little water.
