Tuna Salad
Tuna spreads and salads are almost so many as there are kitchens, and everybody has its own litle secret or well hidden ingredient. Well, we are ready to be open without restraints and reveal every single detail in preparing “our” tuna salad.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 300 g | tuna filet from a tin |
| 150 g | arugula |
| 150 g | apples |
| 200 g | fresh small tomatoes |
| 3 | hard boiled eggs |
| 1 tablespoon | caper |
| Salad Dressing: | |
| 2 teaspoons | Vegeta piquant |
| 2-3 tablespoons | hot water |
| 2-3 tablespoons | apple vinegar |
| 50 ml | olive oil |
| 2 teaspoons | soy sauce |
| 2-3 | garlic cloves |
| 1 tablespoons | freshh basil, finely chopped |
Preparation
- Drain well tuna filets and put into a deeper bowl
- Add arugula, diced apple, small tomatoes, sliced hard boiled eggs and caper washed under the gush of water.
- Salad dressing prepare in this way: pur water over Vegeta pikant and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Afterwards, stir in apple vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, squeezed through garlic and finely chopped basil.
Serving
Gently stir the salad, pour over prepared salad dressing and serve.

You may serve salad dressing separatly.
