Tomato and dill soup
This recipe is very easy to make, it is ready in no time at all, and it is a great way to surprise or impress that someone special to you.

Ingredients
| 2 | |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 2 teaspoons | Vegeta |
| 50 ml | cooking cream |
| 1 teaspoon | celery leaf, chopped |
| 1 tablespoons | chopped dill |
| 2 teaspoons | sugar |
| 250 ml | water |
| 250 ml | tomato puree |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 1 teaspoon | starch |
Preparation
- Cook garlic and sugar in hot olive oil, for only a few seconds.
- Then remove the garlic from the pan and to the remainder of oil add the tomato, water, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and celery leaf.
- Cook on mild heat, approximately 10 minutes.
- Dilute starch in some warm water, and stir in to the soup, a few minutes before finishing the recipe.
- Simmer a few more minutes and then as you are finishing it, add some dill.
Serving
Tomato can be garnished with some sour cream. It complements the taste.
Advice
To make the soup a little more interesting you can add in dried and toasted bread cubes, or even boil some pasta or rice and add in.
