Stuffed fried carp
The proudest inhabitant of lakes and slow backwaters, carp is definitely the biggest trophy of every angler. Prepared in a Slavonian fish soup or fried with potatoes on the side is always a specialty. Stuffed with walnuts, it will not be shy even on the most formal of tables.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 1 | carp (about 1.2 kg) |
| 2 tablespoon | chopped parsley |
| 100 g | walnuts |
| pepper | |
| 3 tablespoons | lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta |
Preparation
- Clean, wash and dry the carp with paper napkin. Sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with Vegeta on the outside.
- Mix roughly chopped walnuts with pepper and parsley. Use the mixture to fill the fish from inside.
- Put the fish on an oiled baking pan and fry in an oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. During the baking occasionally add warm water into the baking pan.
Serving
Serve the fried carp next to cooked potatoes and green salad.
Advice
Instead of carp, you can prepare this meal with some other fresh-water fish.
