Ingredients

| 1,5 kg | mussels |
| 150 ml | olive oil |
| 4 | garlic, cloves |
| 2 tablespoons | Bread crumbs Podravka |
| 4 tablespoons | parsley, finely chopped |
| 200 ml | white wine |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegeta |
| pepper |
Preparation
- Clean and wash mussels.
- Sauté squeezed garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, wine, Vegeta and pepper in olive oil.
- Add mussels, cover and steam until they are opened.
Serving
Serve with white bread.
Advice
When buying mussels please pay attention to their freshness, that is, that they are firmly closed. Mussels that are opened in their uncooked state are not fresh and are surely not recommendable for consumation.
