Roasted Freshwaster Fish
To joint a land and the sea is possible even within a kitchen, and this all in one dish! Freshwater fish, trout, stuffed with garlic and coated in thin slice of Dalmatian smoked bacon (panceta). As a side dish we recommend combination of boiled or sautéd vegetables.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 4 | trouts (1,2 kg) |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegeta |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 80 g | Dalmatian smoked bacon (panceta) cut into longitudinal slices |
| 3-4 tabelspoons | oil |
Preparation
- Clean the trouts, dry and rub with Vegeta outside and stuff the inside with finely chopped garlic.
- Each fish wrap in 2 to 3 slices of Dalmatian smoked bacon (panceta)
- Arrange stuffed trouts on an oiled roasting pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for about 25 minutes.
Serving
Roasted trouts serve with boiled vegetables.
Advice
Before roasting, lower side of fish turn to coat in a rough flour and put on roasting sheet with hot oil.
