Potato Soup
This already peculiar recipe can be enriched by adding dried bread cubes or even chopped sausages.

Ingredients
| 6 | |
| 700 g | potato, peeled and cubed |
| 20 g | butter |
| 50 g | dried bacon, chopped |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 20 ml | sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon | corn flour |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta |
| dried marjoram | |
| bay leaf | |
| parsley | |
| pepper | |
| mild paprika, powder form | |
| 1,2 L | water |
Preparation
- In melted butter cook the onion, bacon and potato.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add red paprika and cover with water. Continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- Add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, bay leaf, marjoram, garlic and pepper. Cook until the potato softens.
- Remove bay leaf and transfer the soup to a blender to be chopped finely. (Soup should be left to cool for a few minutes before placing in the blender).
- Mix corn flour with sour cream, and stir in to the soup. Bring to boil and then it is ready to serve.
Serving
Serve soup sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Advice
The soup will be more wholesome if you add cooked bread cubes or chopped sausages.
