Potato Fritters
Fritters of zucchini, Swiss chard, millet, leek and of course this champion of all fritters – potato fritters, are eternal inspiration and satisfying fast comfort to a hungry one.

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 1 kg | potatoes |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta piquant |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 1-2 tablespoons | wheat flour Podravka type 400 (rough) |
| 30 g | green onions, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | dry marjoram |
| frying oil | |
| 80 g | smoked bacon, tiny sliced |
| For serving: | |
| 40 g | cheese spread |
| 2 teaspoons | chopped chives |
Preparation
- Put unpeeled potatoes into hot water and cook 5 to10 minutes.
- Drain, cool down, peel and grate it.
- Add Vegeta pikant, eggs, olive oil, flour, green onions and marjoram to potatoes, and all stir well.
- Take fritters, one by one by a spoon, and put in the hot oil. Form fritters and fry each side 4 to 5 minutes.
- Fried fritters put on an absorbing paper towel. In the same skillet fry a bacon.
Serving
On each fried fritter put a teaspoon of cheese spread, fried bacon, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve warm with a lettuce salad.
Advice
Along with potato fritters, you may in the same skillet fry smoked bacon.
