Pizza with Mozzarella
This wonderful pizza shall be avoid by vegetarians who do not eat dairy products, but thanks to flavourful mozzarella, ham really is not missing.

Ingredients

| pizza dough | |
| Stuffing: | |
| 50 ml | oil |
| 800 g | peeled tomatoes |
| 2 tablespoons | Vegeta no MSG added |
| 1 teaspoon | sugar |
| 200 g | mozzarella |
| few olives | |
Preparation
- Sauté finely cut peeled tomatoes with addition of Vegeta no MSG added and sugar in the oil, until all liquid evaporates.
- Make and roll out flat a doug for pizza and put it in oiled baking pan. Dough brush with tomato sauce and bake at 200oC for about 15 minutes.
- Spread over baked pizza grated mozzarella and olives and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Serving
Pizza with mozzarella may be served with fresh or marinated vegetables.
Advice
You may add to pizza, to your taste, grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplants, paprikas).
