Piquant Squids
Even from mere reading ingredients we can feel mild heat and amazing explosion of flavours created by intensive spices: Worcestershire, tabasco, ginger, garlic and Vegeta mediteran – created for sea fruits!

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 700 g | squids |
| 4 tablespoons | sunflower oil |
| Marinade: | |
| 100 ml | olive oil |
| 3 tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 teaspoons | tabasco |
| 1 teaspoons | ginger, grated |
| 4 | garlic, cloves |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta mediteran |
| 50 g | nutmegs |
Preparation
- Clean squids and dry them on absorbing paper towel, than cut them into from both sides.
- Combine olive oil, Worchestershire sauce, tabasco, ginger, finely chopped garlic, Vegeta mediteran and minced nutmegs.
- Stir well the marinade and pour over prepared squids. Leave it to stand at cold place for about 2 hours.
#Take squids out of marinade and broil them on a preheated and oiled grill.
- Grill them on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remaining marinade warm up and pour over broiled squids.
Serving
Serve salad to your taste.

You may prepare squids in the same way in a saucepan.
