Mashed-beans

Ingredients

| 400-500 g | beans |
| 2 tablespoons | Vegeta piquant |
| 1 tablespoon | parsley, finely chopped |
| 30 g | shredded celery stalk |
| 50 ml | oil |
| 3 | garlic cloves, squeezed through |
| 1 teaspoon | caraway seed |
| pepper | |
| salt |
Preparation
- Boil beans, drain and while still warm mince in an electric food processor.
- Add Vegeta pikant, parsley, shredded celery stalk, oil, squeezed through garlic, caraway seed and pepper.
Serving
Salt beans as you like, sauté in a saucepan and serve warm with grilled meat, hamburger or broiled sausages.
Advice
You may add a little white wine into the mashed-beans.
