Corn Minestrone
Can you recognize a true Kranjska sausage? We will give you a hint. It needs to contain at least 68% of pork meat, 12% of beef and 20% of bacon at the most, and it can also have some water, garlic, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

| 200 g | young beans |
| 80 g | pancetta |
| 300 g | potato |
| 200 g | Sterilized sweet corn |
| 1 | bay leaf |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta |
| pepper | |
| salt | |
| 1 tablespoon | chopped parsley |
| 2 pairs | Kranjska sausage |
Preparation
- Soaked beans boil shortly and drain.
- Cube the bacon and fry shortly. Pour water, add drained beans and continue cooking until the beans get soft.
- Add cubed potatoes, corn, bay leaf, garlic and Vegeta, and cook for another 15 minutes.
- In the end add pepper, salt as needed and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serving
Serve with sausages cooked separately.
Advice
Instead of young beans you can also use the old one which you have previously soaked over night or several hours before preparation.
