Chicken Spread
Want to show off with a home-made spread! Here is an easy recipe. A delicious spread which can be served on toast or fresh bread. Perhaps it may even become a secret in your famous sandwiches.

Ingredients
| 6 | |
| 400 g | chicken fillets |
| 180 g | butter |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegeta |
| ½ teaspoon | Cajun pepper |
| 3-4 cloves | garlic |
| 5 tablespoons | lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| ½ teaspoon | powdered ginger |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped parsley |
Preparation
- Cut the chicken in cubes and brown in 30 g of butter.
- Sprinkle with Vegeta, Cajun pepper, chopped garlic and stew continuously adding small amounts of water, until the meat is tender.
- Let the meat cool and then chop into a mince in the food processor. Mix with the remainder of the melted butter and stir through.
- Add in lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and chopped parsley.
Serving
Serve the chicken spread on toast and accompanied with salad.
Advice
Chop the meat in the food processor while still warm.
