We use it in special occasions when we want to raise the temperature in our kitchens, or when we want to prepare a quick and easy, tasty meal that is both light and healthy. Vegeta Piquant is a blend of chili, seasoning paprika, garlic, oregano, caraway seeds and pieces of dehydrated peppers.

Almost all salty dishes may be enriched and given a dose of pungency with Vegeta Piquant. Vegeta Piquant goes best with sauces, goulash, Mexican dishes, beans, meat dishes and soups. Give your meal a teasing, full flavor that you will be able to savor in your mouth long after you have finished eating! Only you can decide how hot you like your food, and so during cooking or sautéing add 1 teaspoon of Vegeta Piquant and provide your meal with moderate pungency. If it is extra aroma and pungency that you desire from your chili peppers, do not remove their seeds. And keep in mind that chili peppers of the same type and family may vary in pungency. In order to avoid any unwanted surprises at meal time, always try the chili peppers you intend to add to your food.

Directions:

For one serving, add 1 teaspoonful of Vegeta Piquant  while cooking or sautéing. Use to season different types of meat or fish before baking. Season to taste.
