Vegetable omelet
Eggs can be prepared in a million ways, as the famous song tells us. In this case, with the addition of red peppers, sweet corn, spring onions, grated cheese and Vegeta Mediterranean. Bon appetit!

Ingredients
| 4 | |
| 6 | eggs |
| 2 teaspoons | Vegeta mediteran |
| 30 g | grated cheese |
| 2 tablespoons | oil |
| 100 g | red pepper |
| 70 g | spring onions |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 100 g | sweet corn |
| 1 tablespoon | chopped chives |
Preparation
- Slice red pepper into small cubes and fry in hot olive oil, add sliced spring onions and sautee briefly. Finally, add drained sweet corn.
- Separate egg whites from the yolks.
- Beat egg whites until still, and slowly stir in yolks, Vegeta and grated cheese.
- Pour one-quarter of the prepared egg mixture into a frying pan.
- Lower heat, sprinkle with prepared vegetables and fry around 30 minutes.
- Cover baked omelet and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
Serving
Prepare the remaining omelets the same way.
Advice
The spices will be spread around equally if you slowly add Vegeta Mediterranean and stir constantly, turning this simple dish into a real pleasure.
This dish is quickly prepared and should be served immediately. A mix of any seasonal vegetables can be used.
