Tortillas piquant

Ingredients

| 30 ml | oil |
| 100 g | leek (washed) |
| 320 g | chopped tomatoes |
| 2 teaspoons | sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | Vegeta piquant |
| ½ teaspoons | caraway seeds |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped parlsey |
| 1 teaspoon | coriander seeds |
| 1 | chili pepper |
| 200 ml | tomato juice |
| 200 g | baby beef |
| 1 teaspoon | Vegeta |
| 3 tablespoons | oil |
| 6 | large tortillas |
| 200 g | cooked red beans |
Preparation
- Briefly fry chopped leek in oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes, sugar, Vegeta piquant and saute together around 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, fry sliced baby beef in oil in another frying pan around 5 minutes.
- Mix veal with sauteed tomato mixture, add chopped caraway, coriander, chili pepper, crushed garlic and parsley, and stir well.
- Add tomato juice and cooked beans.
- Sautee together over medium heat around 3-4 minutes.
Serving
Spread prepared meat and vegetable mixture on tortillas, fold and serve.
Little secret
Adding Vegeta piquant will give the dish a fuller and slightly spicy flavour. If you prefer a spicier dish, add more Vegeta piquant.
Tortillas can be preheated in the microwave before filling.
