Pork filet with Honey

Ingredients

600 g pork filet
2 tablespoons oil
1 garlic, clove
1 tablespoon sesame
2 pinches of chili powder
pepper
2 teaspoons Vegeta mediteran
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar

Preparation

  1. Prepare marinade of finely chopped garlic, sesame, chili, pepper and Vegeta mediteran. Add honey and vinegar.
  2. Slice a meat into filets and leave in marinade for about 30 minutes.
  3. Than sauté the meat in the oil at low heat.

Serving

Serve with boiled vegetables.

Advice

You may keep meat in marinade for a longer time if you cover it and leave to stand at cold place.
