Piquant Squids

Even from mere reading ingredients we can feel mild heat and amazing explosion of flavours created by intensive spices: Worcestershire, tabasco, ginger, garlic and Vegeta mediteran – created for sea fruits!

Ingredients

700 g squids
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
Marinade:
100 ml olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons tabasco
1 teaspoons ginger, grated
4 garlic, cloves
1 tablespoon Vegeta mediteran
50 g nutmegs

Preparation

  1. Clean squids and dry them on absorbing paper towel, than cut them into from both sides.
  2. Combine olive oil, Worchestershire sauce, tabasco, ginger, finely chopped garlic, Vegeta mediteran and minced nutmegs.
  3. Stir well the marinade and pour over prepared squids. Leave it to stand at cold place for about 2 hours.

    #Take squids out of marinade and broil them on a preheated and oiled grill.

  4. Grill them on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Remaining marinade warm up and pour over broiled squids.

Serving

Serve salad to your taste.

Advice

You may prepare squids in the same way in a saucepan.
