Importance of healthy snacks

- Long hours of starvation (too long pauses between meals)
- Skipping breakfast (first meal in afternoon)
- Overeating (rare and too rich meals)
- Late meals (late in the evening).
Although the meal choice is good and all the intake standards are met, mentioned bad habits may lead to health disorder and working capacity decrease.
Morning meals
Drawn by daily obligations in a constant race with time, often we do not have enough time to even think of food. Secretly we are proud of ourselves so we consider our reduced desire for food like our strong will in successive body weight control. Reduced desire for food is most often the result of reserves from previous day late meals which has nothing to do with our determination and strong will.
Thus, it is good that modern man adopt the habit of having breakfast before leaving the house. Technologists have produced various products which makes preparing breakfast easy and simple with minimal use of dishes and, most importantly, requires very little time for preparation.
Not less important is having a snack in morning hours which requires only few minutes of our precious time. With a short break from work and restoration of energy, you will get a guaranteed better rest of the day. Take a few minutes of your time for a little snack every day.

Therefore, the appropriate meals for scholars would be dried and fresh fruit, energy bars, yogurts, imaginatively prepared sandwiches, fruit juices...
