Days of Croatian cuisine at the UN

The guests could daily try and enjoy about 25 to 30 Croatian meals, sweet deserts and fine quality vines. The table was filled with cold and warm specialties such as prosciutto, cheese and cream, kulen, horseradish, Mediterranean salad, Soup from Zagorje, cream of horseradish soup, cooked "štrukli", corn "zlevanka", "fuži" with truffles, Dalmatian pašticada with gnocchi, stuffed squid, octopus, smoked trout, white fish brodetto, turkey with "mlinci", stuffed veal breasts roll. Croatian deserts were also prepared such as "prekomurska gibanica", apple and cherry strudel, Zagreb cake, Rab cake, Dubrovnik cake, "rožata", "smokvenjak", chocolate cream with truffles, fritters and other sweets, and "štrukli" were the absolute hit.
The cooks doned Podravka's uniforms and prepared meals with Croatian food stuffs and exhibited products, among which the most exposed were Podravka products and obligatory Vegeta.
