Chocolate from the future

What kind of chocolate you
consider to be the most prestigious in the world? The one made by Godiva,
Neuhaus, Leonidas, Knipschildt Chocolatier or maybe the chocolates of domestic
companies?
What would you get if you unite one of the founders of the cult American cyber magazine Wired Louis Rossett and the chocolate manufacturer Timothy Childs? Naturally, the concept technology meets chocolate.
This is exactly TCHO, the new chocolate discovery and a new kind of "chocolate company" for the new generation of chocolate enthusiasts. The project itself is as sweet as it is new and exclusive.
The famous duo started their business in San Francisco, and today, it is possible to produce in their factory 4000 metric tons of chocolate per year. However, this is not the only asset of their plant. TCHO recycled and refurbished all the equipments for making chocolate and enriched it with the process and information control and communication system. Their concept is direct and transparent from the cocoa bean to the epicurean palate. They say that they are very serious about chocolate.
In their serious approach to the chocolate they have developed their own method (taxonomy) for finding the desired chocolate flavoura. Side by side to the obsessively good dark chocolate in limited edition and the deep chocolate there are chocolates of "Fruity", "Nutty" and "Chocolatey" flavour, and we do not talk about the fillings. This is the flavour of the chocolate itself. By the way, if wine, olive oil and other ingredients can do it, so can the chocolate.
A now the bad news. We wanted to buy and taste this kind of chocolate in all their editions, but at the moment, only the USA citizen can enjoy in it. If you are one of those lucky ones, "TCHO in BETA phase" , you can get your piede of chocolate on their web site www.tcho.com and in the factory store.
From a demanding concept, high-tech approach to the sensual experience - as if we were not already addicted to chocolate.
